What a nice, well-rounded universe you've created here! I got a definite sense of the patterns of their daily working and social lives, and I was sorry to leave when the story ended. Although you made me laugh with the revelation of where those needles ended up - I was expecting something like that!

I also like the slow simmer of their relationship, the hint there's something more, that neither of them is quite ready to acknowledge yet. But, of course, that leaves me wanting a sequel. How are they going to resolve this?
