Like msmoat, this was two new stories for me. Either works well alone, but together they complement each other beautifully. You moved this story along with terrific pace, and a hint of claustrophobia that underlines the plot to great effect. I really liked:

"You'll break the rule of the Underworld."

"What's that?"

"Don't look back."
