1. Don't know, but I love this scenario, of them arriving back into the safety of the flat and...
2. The mention of Cowley's mom makes me certain of this one! And one of my very very favourites, with Bodie going through every poet he can think of... M Fae's "The High Road"
3. This one I remember from the RT conversation - I think they're in a large house/mansion? Are they in different parts of the house? One has a room with the piano in it? And they have the most amazing and wonderful conversation...
4. Doyle carried on being Doyle, and that too was a part of the rhythm of Bodie's life. YES! This is one I know immediately because of the different light... who can write like this and describes the light in the most unique way?... BySlantedLight, yes. "Never the Words They Say"
5. I had a vague idea of which one this was, but no, my brain wouldn't cooperate with me. Excellent snippet, with the Christmas decorations and the remembrances.
6. Awww, I LOVE this one! And the lovely lovely Bodie there! If only I could remember the title and author...
7. No mistaking this one because of the explosion and what B and D do, which really emblazons itself on your heart and never leaves... "Festival of Lights" Dorinda
8. Ahh, cannot tell who it is!
9. The mention of the farmhouse made me think of a different story, but that wasn't in the winter... I'm ashamed that I didn't recognize this one right away. :( Can I turn in this brain for a new one, now?
10.his partner was flushed and still breathless, and the dark blue eyes were sparkling mischievously. YES!! no other thoughts, though.
11. Doyle watching Bodie is unmistakably JoJo's "Love in a Cold Country", although I did cheat and look up the exact title - I get it mixed up - Cold love in a hard country? Hard love in cold country? ummm. Such DELICIOUS B/D in this one.
12. GUH. The black cashmere gift should have alerted me immediately! But alas, I didn't guess this one correctly. Hangs head in shame, and i consider this one of my favourites of all time...
13. This one I remembered - although I had to think about which one it was, of the ones where Doyle gets stuck wearing the tight green tights for Christmas!
14. I love this excerpt, but I couldn't place the author or the story, at all...
15. I also had no idea about this one, and I don't think that i've read it before, so now I have a new one to enjoy - thank you!
16. Umm. New brain now, please?
17. AT LAST, memory works. No problem remembering this scenario, it's so clear in my mind it's like a movie scene... "under the tree" by DVS
18. Okay, if not a new brain, a new memory?
19. Phew. No problem with this one either - it's so so so wonderful, this entire story melts me. "When All Our Dreams Come True", Slanted Light.
20. Aww, this is such a beautiful quote, the imagery is so lush and perfect, you live it. If only I could place the details...
21. For a moment I thought that maybe this was from that Highwayman story? because of the time period feeling to it, then I started thinking of other historical pieces... but was defeated in the end. Another one I look forward to rereading!

Thank you for this wonderful sampler of the incredible fiction we have to enjoy. It was humbling to recognize my lack of detailed memory! but very very fun.
