This one I remember from the RT conversation - I think they're in a large house/mansion? Are they in different parts of the house? One has a room with the piano in it? And they have the most amazing and wonderful conversation... 4. Doyle carried on being Doyle, and that too was a part of the rhythm of Bodie's life. YES! This is one I know immediately because of the different light... who can write like this and describes the light in the most unique way?... BySlantedLight, yes. "Never the Words They Say" 5. I had a vague idea of which one this was, but no, my brain wouldn't cooperate with me. Excellent snippet, with the Christmas decorations and the remembrances. 6. Awww, I LOVE this one! Hangs head in shame, and i consider this one of my favourites of all time... 13. I love this excerpt, but I couldn't place the author or the story, at all... 15. For a moment I thought that maybe this was from that Highwayman story? because of the time period feeling to it, then I started thinking of other historical pieces... but was defeated in the end.
