It's a beautiful day here at discoveredinalj, blue skies and a light breeze, leaving us a fabulous pitch. Play started slowly, but with a beautiful innings from our first batsman, tears_of_nienna who clipped away the first ball with wristy relish (What? It's a thing they say! *g*) for a six, and finished in nice time with a final score of 7.

The match goes on all weekend! All the way until Monday! Pago Pago Monday! Maybe there'll be a just a wee hour that you could play in? You could write for an hour, couldn't you? More runs if you finish in an hour, too! *g* Go onnnn... You know you want to wear the shin pads...
