Day eight - Round two

Second post.... This is a very large image file and might take a while to d/l. You'll also need to expand it once you've got it as it's bigger than the browser - unless you've got a 21" monitor and the eyesight to match. :D

Anyway, hope you all enjoy. A bit of lighthearted humour.

One of Bodie's Better Ideas

Brilliant! Love it to bits.

Wow not only beautifully done, but two new genres in one day *g* This is amazingly, gobsmackingly brilliant - you are so the graphics queen... Thank you for this!

Brilliant. Just... brilliant.

That is *brilliant*! Completely brilliant!

[identity profile] msmoat.livejournal.com 2006-12-08 07:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, what Slantedlight said! Very cool use of graphics, and--okay, silly, but fun silly! Besides, of course they'd follow Doyle's, er, lead. Hmm, and Bodie's too, since he's second-in-line.... ;-) Thank you!

Wonderful! Talk about a bumper day. This is really great. And I love the sheer daftness of the idea, quite apart from the genius of the execution. Any chance of more illustrated drabbles and comics in the future...?

Snort, loved it!

[identity profile] eveningblue.livejournal.com 2006-12-08 08:29 pm (UTC)(link)
That is fantastic and amazing. The story idea, the artwork, just amazing.

I love how sad Doyle looks when he says, "How will we manage without Rudolph?"

And the kicker ending. Perfect!

Oh and I love that you got the tracksuits in there. Red tracksuits=automatic funny.

[identity profile] shaw012145.livejournal.com 2006-12-08 08:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh yes! This DD would follow that beautiful behind too!

A standing ovation for you!

[identity profile] kiwisue.livejournal.com 2006-12-08 10:07 pm (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] justacat.livejournal.com 2006-12-08 10:25 pm (UTC)(link)
I know it's been said before but - brilliant! Silly and fun and just ... I don't know, somehow perfectly *them*. But now all you need is the song to go with it ... Raymond the beautiful-bummed agent, had a very shiny ... okay, I'll stop there; musical I am not!

This made me smile ... thanks. :-)

[identity profile] diegina.livejournal.com 2006-12-08 10:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Really very funny point:D

Though, I disagree with those who think it's an original idea to make a comics out of screenshots. But the graphical editing is very inventive, so far I've never seen anything like it before:-)

Great stuff!

This is bloody brilliant, both in concept and execution. What a marvelous idea! What software did you use to make this? I'm curious, because I love the drawing effect you got over your images. Thank you so much!
