This is the third and concluding story in my 1977 challenge series. This story stands on its own I think, so you can read it if you haven't read the others. It does, however, follow the same structure as the others: Bodie (or Doyle) pov in the present, (Doyle has been seriously injured); flashback to some event in 1977; back to the present day. The first two stories have been revised. If you’d like to read them, they will be on The Hatstand soon, and are on The Circuit Archive. They are: Keepsake and Isolation.
