I confess I found her an excellent catalyst for the changes in Doyle's life (obnoxious people can be useful that way). Also, consider the amount of times Doyle slammed down his phone on her (and others too). I'm convinced she ended up with permanent hearing loss before she was 45. :-)
and the absence of Tiny Tim was really rather a blessing. Loved the ending :)
Thank you so much for telling me. That last one was a real bugger to write, I confess, and then it suddenly all came together on the due date. Dare I say, God bless us everyone? No I'd better not. I imagine Cowley would have had Tiny Tim arrested for disturbing the peace, at the very least.
