It's July... school's over for the year, exams are finished, it's raining again the sun is out - I don't know about anyone else, but I'm desperate for a holiday, and I was thinking that maybe our lads might be as well... which of course led me to think that it might be time for a new challenge:

Discovered on Summer Holiday!

I know, I've got kind of a thing for the lads outside London, and off doing non-CI5 op things, but of course their holidays may or may not turn out like that, as various fics prove. There's Gods and Goddesses by KWS, or Busman's Holiday by Jay Trent for example... Sometimes an op by the sea seems the best chance they'll have of a break (Summer's End by Alexandra). Or it might be that London is just the place to spend some time off anyway - Discovered in a Bar Fight by Shirasade... or maybe not... *g*

In any case - indulge me? *flutters eyelashes winningly*

If you fancy playing, comment below and you'll be given a prompt with both a holiday destination, and an item that might be used on holiday to incorporate into your fic/vid/piece of art etc... Feel free to be imaginative, or nothing more than inspired if you like - "Bognor Regis" as a prompt doesn't mean the lads actually have to go there, and they don't have to use "suntan oil" (although I don't know, I might make that one compulsory for everyone... *g*). If you already have something in mind, or just don't want a prompt then that's all good too - just post your Discovered on Summer Holiday creation whenever you're ready!

Finally - summer this year will last until the end of August (midnight Pago-Pago time, as ever) so feel free to post any time until then. Depending on how we feel, there might be little day-off-type games in between as well, so keep your eyes out for those too... Oh, and please don't forget to post your creations with trailers rather than headers, under cuts please so that people aren't spoiled unless they want to be - format is on the User Info page! Thank you, too, to CI5 Addict for pictures used in the banner!

Heh! The other 'alf and me had a very nice two weeks in a caravan in the South of France in 1981 so if I can help with your research just give us a shout.

Mind you, looking back I seem to remember that we didn't get out of the 'van very much...
