Two pictures, one with a variation because I never can make up my mind. Try to look surprised *g*
What either has to do with my prompt of 'sultanas' I have no idea. I was kind of thinking of the lads being all brooding and protective at Christmas, unseen out in the darkness... hmmm!
Happy Christmas from a sparkly and non-brooding Snail *g* ♥

Date: 2013-12-16 07:40 pm (UTC)Though Bodie looks a bit like he´s wearing some kind of scarf around his head in the last one.
But you got the broody and protectiveness into the pic like a Pro!
Thanks for sharing.

Date: 2013-12-16 09:17 pm (UTC)Thank you for your kind words - they seem a bit dark for Christmassy pictures, but I do like the lads to be on the dark and dangerous side *g*

Date: 2013-12-16 09:19 pm (UTC)Thanks luv. I love light and pretty when other people do it, but as soon as I get my hands on the lads, dark, dangerous and brooding seems to happen *g*

Date: 2013-12-16 09:21 pm (UTC)Thank you. The wing/feathers is my favourite - it would be nice if I had some control over these things, but it started off as a completely different project, and ended up being Pros-y. *g*

Date: 2013-12-16 09:23 pm (UTC)LOL - see, now I look at it like that, he does look a bit like he's got a scarf on... poor lad was feeling the Christmas chill maybe *g*

Date: 2013-12-16 09:29 pm (UTC)Thank you! You've explained to me why I prefer the second version - I can never ever work these things out - doh! *g* I personally like the feathery one the most, but it felt a bit of a cheat as it began life as something for a completely different project, and then kind of turned on me and became the lads. Thank you again.

Date: 2013-12-16 10:42 pm (UTC)My first love was for the first one - but the others are getting better and better and I'm not sure anymore which one I love most. :-)
(Any chance to get them in screen size 1280x1024, please? )
Oh forgotten... Not too dark at all!!!

Date: 2013-12-16 11:07 pm (UTC)I love the moodiness of the first and second - but oh, all that darkness separating them, very ominous! *frets*
I only realised about the writing on the third when I looked more closely. I love the idea of the wing sweeping a great rip in reality and the lads showing through from somewhere else, which is rather how it looks to me, the winged creature (angel? bird?) coming closer and closer to the viewer. I wish I could remember who it was who was asking about depictions of the lads as angels some time ago - you and

Date: 2013-12-18 05:34 pm (UTC)Thank you - I'm so glad you like them - I was afraid they'd be too sombre for Christmas *g*
I'm not sure whether I've got larger formats, but I'll have a root around on my hard drive and see.

Date: 2013-12-18 05:36 pm (UTC)LOL - I love the different ways people have of seeing things - fascinating! *g* The dark ones I see as Bodie always there, behind Doyle, watching and backing him up...

Date: 2013-12-18 05:37 pm (UTC)Thank you ever so - I was really bothered they were going to be too dark and solemn for everyone.

Date: 2013-12-18 05:38 pm (UTC)Awww, ta ever so, love. I'm really fond of the one with the wing, even though it was meant to be something completely different and gave me a terrible time... *g*

Date: 2013-12-18 05:40 pm (UTC)Thank you! I'm so glad you like them - the one with the wing is my favourite, just because Bodie looks so gorgeous in it. He really can't help himself! *g*

Date: 2013-12-18 05:53 pm (UTC)Oh, I'm sorry they make you sad - though I do know what you mean *hugs*. I'm fascinated by the way different people look at them - I was worried they'd be too dark when I did them.
The dark one I see as Bodie always being there for Doyle, backing him up, kind of the darker presence behind Doyle's fiery temper. The wing/feathery one started life as another project entirely about freedom, though I love the idea of angels guarding and watching over people...
Thank you so much for your comment - I'm flattered to think they moved you, even though it was to sadness. *hugs again*

Date: 2013-12-18 08:08 pm (UTC)Ack - sorry, the proportions aren't quite right to blow them up, and the larger versions I've kept are the wrong shape again. I'm afraid these are the best I can do. Hope they're of some use:
