I also have this idea that when Cowley finds out about their relationship, he will have even greater cause for envy... Oh, now, that statement could be taken in a few different directions.
It's interesting, from your comments below, that you haven't warmed to Cowley. I do like him, although I also think the job consumes him. I like the very human Cowley you've portrayed here. Kudos!
