FWIW - I think Ray *was* being manipulative, but not so much in a conscious way. I don't think he set out to wind Bodie into knots, it was just once he realized the possibility was there, he couldn't pass up the temptation. I'm really happy that you enjoyed my fic! I've been so happy this morning with all the excellent new fics to read.
