Discovered in a Livejournal

I find the relationship between Cowley and Bodie absolutely fascinating. He does seem a bit more sympathetic toward Bodie than he does Doyle - like he thinks Doyle can look after himself, but Bodie somehow still needs parenting. And Bodie does react like a kid, half the time, sulking when he's criticized and beaming when he's praised. "I don't know, ask Cowley!"

And with all of these fics set in 1977, there's only so close I can get to the logical conclusion! Unless I go all A/U...
