It's amazing how everybody seems to shake them damn drabbles out of their sleeves. Took me a bit longer but I finally managed another one. And you can blame it all on probodie - she asked for it *G*




Gotta be Love

Never thought Bodie had an ounce of romance in his blood. And now look at this – table set for two and burning candles everywhere. A wonder he didn’t burn down the block. He also tried cooking by the smell of it. This probably means I’ll have to renovate the kitchen (again). But it’s the thought that counts, innit? He went through all that trouble just for me. Gotta love that damn bloke, right? Didn’t have a choice really. Ah well, guess I better enter the war zone and see what can be saved for dinner. Apart from dessert that is.

Hey it's nice to see that all readers are also writers, too! Snarky Doyle, nice! But if he leaves the cooking to Bodie it's no wonder if there's nothing left as a dessert of a Swiss Roll in a plastic wrapper. (urges Doyle towards the kitchen)

Thoroughly romantic on both of their parts. Even if it isn't how expected their evening to go.
If the actual dessert survived you could bet Bodie would have started on it before Doyle got through the door. But Doyle's dessert will only need peeling and laying on a bed of soft fluffy Doyle. :)
