Pros art for the Discovered in 1977 - Anarchists cookbook (or any other of the 1977 challenges where they might fit) a fiew hours late but here they are. I hope you like them, it was fun to do them!

These are really good! The first three remind me of that old velvet art, do you recall that? Black velvet background with pictures sketched out in luminous colours, and glitter. Was quite the rage in the 70s.

Thank you, I'm glad you like them. I played around with transparent layers in my layout software, and thought wow! I should do more of this in PS. It was fun to do them.
I remember that there was some online service a while ago where you could melt two persons faces together and somebody (I'm not sure who it was though) did that with B & D. The effect wath similar but not quite like this. The two pics are fitting nicely.

Yes, when I'm right Andy Warhol did those drawings and I remembered this (http://www.posterclassics.com/warhol-posters.html/) and this one (http://www.gss.ucsb.edu/projects/hesse/images/warhol-poster.jpg/) from Warhol recently and thought 'someone should do that with the lads and that it a was nice think to do with the 1977 challenge. Doing something in that style was the main idea. I'm glad you like them!

Ah yes, Warhol! Definitely, for the blue and red ones. You have captured his style quite well.

I like the way he dramatises Photos with superimposed colors and added drawings and paintings in his collage style.
