Notes:On the last minute I grabbed this day to dress it nicely with my icon so that it's not so naked. Actually in the end it's more of an undressing than anything else. An illustration for MFea Glasgow's story "Jingle Balls". Since I read it I really fantasized about this picture when a kilted Bodie has a decently tipsy Doyle with a slice of lemon in his hair tugged under his arm on his way up the stairs and into bed... and then draycevixen talked me into drawing it. Thank you to her and all the other who commented at the earlier line drawing versions of it on my lj.
I'm sorry for the poor quality of the photo (my camera sucks with low light and doesn't do a decent job with the flash for drawings either)- I'll post a better image as soon as the clouds are gone above me.
I hope you like it a bit - I haven't done a good enough job at them being alike, the staircase is very poorly constructed, but hey- this is just for fun (and not at all the jesus mouse with a halo, I have do draw later this week!)

I like the different moods in the fic the hopeless tipsy Doyle who brings the sense of fun and the matter of factly Bodie though on his way to want to beb bottom (hopefully) has a lot more control to the situation as Doyle. I love the way he cares. So fun and caring, it's nice to hear that it's work for you.

It was a spontanous decision, to do it as I had already a pen in hand. Just made the drawing yesterday the colour today, quick drying with hair dryer- I think there could be more done with the drawing and the likeliness. But I haven't enough time to really concentrate on it. I thing both writing and painting/drawing need an intense achievement of concentration and I couldn't give it full power. Now that I see it uploaded, I spot some things that could be better.
But I like to see it with the colour and when you have to be quick there is more chance not to overdo that part. *g*
Thank you that you like Doyle's sense of glee, it's not easy for me to picture him like that. Always at your service, sir!

Thank you! It wasn't easy to find pics to go on for the drawing. Especially for Ray. There are a lot of sexy Bodie-icons around at the moment (Doyle ones too), is there one with a pose like this? I tried my best to work out the poses from the description in the fic step by step.
