Discovered in a Christmas Stocking, 1st Day - Christmas Photoshoot Snap.

I get to kick off this year! *g*

And I thought, well... the first things to go into a stocking are usually little things that can be packed into the toes so that lots more can be put on top of them! *g*

So we have, under a cut

So I have a Pick n' Mix of assorted Pros-y bits and pieces, starting with an idea I have unashamedly nicked from byslantedlight over at the_safehouse, to wit - a Christmas Photoshoot Snap.

I noticed that I had, on my hard drive and in print form no less than three pics from the LWT Christmas party (I'm guessing 1977, judging from the lads' hairstyles). Of the three, one I've seen loads of times but the other two are rather less common, and I got to wondering whether there might be a few more lurking out there... so I am posting the three I have, and as per the usual practice with Photoshoot Snap, if anyone else has pics that look like they were taken at the same event, please post in the comments and we can add them later!

I don't have byslantedlight's knack with tables, but I'm sure I can manage a cut and paste...

So - here are the ones I have.

Ooooh, nice! I haven't seen some of these. Is Martin wearing a cravat? He's wearing more layers than Lew is! And don't we see that jacket in some of the eps?

I think it's a silk scarf, but - yes, he's wearing a load of layers, isn't he! And Lew is in the open necked shirt.

I also love Lew's silver dog-tag thing, and the way it draws your eyes to his neck...*drifts off*

I have a number of pics of Lew wearing that medallion with various outfits - it must have been a favorite of his. I think it's actually gold.

I made this icon last year and had forgotten about it! I'm happy I get to use it now.

That's a great thing to find in the toe of my stocking, thank you! I love 'Photo Shoot Snap' and hope we can play some more.

These photos were really unfamiliar, I think I've only ever seen the bottom one. Very sweet though. MS looks so cosy and cuddly in his tweed jacket and knitted vest.

But their outfits are so 70s!! (! because contrary to popular stereotype, a lot of their outfits don't strike me as distinctly 70s at all)- so it must be 1977, that and MS's short curly hair.

I do hope there are more of them.

Now isn't that weird - I thought the bottom one, the colour print, was the rare one!
I know I've seen the other two relatively often on various sites online, but never the colour one. It just shows that byslantedlight is right - she's always telling me to scan my pics in and post them even when I'm sure that everyone's seen them, because there's always someone who hasn't.

Those outfits are defintely 70's, aren't they - and I think MS's hair is very first series, too.

I'm always really pleased when I realise that the white line around Doyle's neck is the pattern on his jumper, not a horrid big gold chain over his shirt like some guys wore back then! *g*

What a thought. Especially in combination with that horrendous check jacket. And yet I like MS in that jacket, somehow - he looks all nerdy and, well, ordinary and bloke-next-door-with-crap-taste-in-clothes. Lew is far more trendy and fashionable... and I love his silver dogtag thing!

Sorry I nicked your idea - I just saw that I had these three and thought, why not post them as a set? And then... Hey, PhotoShoot!

We can thank my scanner/printer and LJ for that - I am not exactly up to speed on all this techie stuff, I just went with the defaults! But that pic is a nice 10" by 8" print, so it should have come out nice and detailed. I would have been miffed if it hadn't.
