I missed the new challenge post when it went up! As I've managed to default on my Life on Mars Big Bang (and had already chickened out of this year's Pros BB by not actually signing up) and I've got a massive case of writers block that needs blasting, I'm actually up for writing something at the moment. (Okay, okay, it might end up being a recipe for Chicken Supreme, but it would be *something*...)

So yeah, not so fussed if you extend the latest challenge or put up another! (But can I be cheeky and request a prompt for this one, just in case I can squeeze out a few words!)

I can't write in English - though I could offer a German story... ;-)

But I really hope others will write a 'When We First Met' story, because it's my favourite genre.

Well, there's more than one German fan on Pros lj, so as disappointing as it would be for the rest of us who couldn't read it, there's no reason you shouldn't write a story in German for the challenge! Go for it!

Actually... I don't know (when you don't have as an option). There aren't any good When We First Met bunnies hopping around in my head right now. :(

I might try a new challenge; but again, it's going to depend on what the challenge is.

I'm sorry - I try to avoid putting a version of "I don't know" as an option, because when I've done it before that's what everyone's chosen, and it leaves me none the wiser for the question I'm asking! I figure that each answer, either yes or no, is actually I don't know to some extent, because someone might say no and suddenly be hit by inspiration, or someone might say yes and be struck by writer's block, but... it's good to know the direction in which people are veering... *g* It's all about likelihoods, you know?

I shall cross my fingers in general, though... *g*

Naturally, I'm a "keep it open" voter, although I'm perfectly willing to go with whatever is decided. I've just always wanted to write a first meeting story. I don't actually have any ideas, mind, but when has that ever stopped me? *g*

See, now the vote is tied... but there's definitely more than just you, so unless I hear overwhelmingly that people would rather have a new challenge now... start thinking up ideas! And hee - I didn't have any ideas either, and yet they seemed to bump into each other in the garage, as Jojo requested... *g* Would you like a prompt to mull over (and then not use if you think of something else...)?

Um, have included a first meeting in my big bang story, so wouldn't really want to write that again too soon. But if there was a bit of time with a new challenge (like carrying through from June into July) I'd like to have a bash.

There will definitely be a new challenge when this one closes, so keep your eyes on the comm - as ever it'll be announced with a flourish and a big banner! *g* (Probably sometime after mid-July now, as I've just extended this challenge for the people who'd like to write for it...)
