According to the world clock, it is now Friday 21st September all around the globe - well, except in those places where it's already Saturday *g* - and so that is the end of another Discovered In 1977 challenge.

This time we managed not only a gorgeous prompt picture from the talented crimson37, but five stories, a drabble, two pieces of artwork, and two new Pros writers - yeay!

So, as ever, a big thank you to everyone who took part - and, because discoveredinalj is one year old now, an extra thank you as well to everyone who's taken part in the comm since that very first challenge, whether with their own creations, or by reading, gazing, commenting and otherwise enjoying! It's been even more fun than we were originally hoping... *g*

And thank you for starting and maintaining this community. I wouldn't have written nearly so much in the Pros fandoms if not for your excellent prompts each month.

I was thinking just the other day that this time last year we were celebrating "Talk Like a Pirate Day". It's been a terrific year! Halloween, Guy Fawkes, Christmas and Round Robins - there hasn't been a single dud.

And now I'm curious to know about the next challenge - something to do with drabbles, perhaps? ;-)
