Date: 2013-02-12 09:14 pm (UTC)*beams* Thank you - glad you liked it... but I should really have gone with marmalade as that's what ended up on my pancakes.

Date: 2013-02-12 09:26 pm (UTC)I'm not really the honey fan. ;-)

Date: 2013-02-12 06:41 pm (UTC)Great colours, and I like the way you divided the pic into these three parts (very nice parts!)

Date: 2013-02-12 09:11 pm (UTC)Glad you liked it - it's only thrown together, but it was a good excuse to play with the lads :D

Date: 2013-02-12 07:40 pm (UTC)I admit I've never heard of lemon and sugar with pancakes. Wait, I don't like pancakes anyway so it doesn't matter! LOL!

Date: 2013-02-12 09:09 pm (UTC)Thanks babe - it's much brighter than I usually manage; I must have had a funny turn.
Lemon and sugar with pancakes is the traditional English way of serving them, or with golden syrup, which is okay, but too sweet and sticky for me. I'm not wildly keen on pancakes, but it's fun to do a couple of times a year. The mess is going to be hellish to clean up though - oops!

Date: 2013-02-12 08:17 pm (UTC)Gorgeous colours - and a gorgeous pic to use too. Honey works for them just as well... *g*
PS - with mod hat on - would you mind doing that pesky unlocking of the post, please... Thank you!

Date: 2013-02-12 09:02 pm (UTC)Honey works so nicely for them - better than peanut butter anyway *g*
Grrrr! It went and locked itself again! (though probably I just did something daft *g*) Sorry luv - it looks fine and un-locked when I post... but then it shows up locked. It's almost like I have to edit to get it unlocked, and I'm sure I never have to do that anywhere else. Just keep slapping me upside the head, ta muchly *g*

Date: 2013-02-13 05:02 pm (UTC)Aww - thanks *g*
It's so tedious for you to have to keep poking me - plus I hate computers getting the better of me! I'm wondering if it's not some combination of things happening - my own journal is in the older style layout, so perhaps some commands get addled when I go between the two... I'll be worrying away at this for the rest of the week *hg*

Date: 2013-02-12 08:40 pm (UTC)I've never had pancakes with honey.
We either eat them with only sugar, with applesauce, strawberry marmalade or chocolate sauce!!!
I think I have to make pancakes tomorrow....*g*

Date: 2013-02-12 09:03 pm (UTC)Mmmmm - chocolate sauce! I made ours with bitter orange marmalade tonight - lush!

Date: 2013-02-12 09:22 pm (UTC)Five minutes to make artwork 5 minutes? Wow, I wish I could make gorgeous looking artwork like this in 5 minutes. :D

Date: 2013-02-13 05:05 pm (UTC)Mmmm - honey and ice cream would work nicely too *g*
And thank you, but it really did only take five minutes - it's just having the right program to do it with, and absolutely nothing clever on my part. Now, remembering a line of code to make the LJ cut? That was tricky!

Date: 2013-02-13 05:08 pm (UTC)*g* I'm so pleased it brightened things up a tad for you - I don't normally do bright, but the thought of the lads in honey... yes, well!

Date: 2013-02-13 10:05 am (UTC)I like pancakes French crepe style - preferably with Nutella (and a flagon of cider) :D
no subject
Date: 2013-02-13 05:12 pm (UTC)Mmmmm, Nutella! *resists scampering back to the kitchen* The French do pancakes with style - mine always seem to run to the well-upholstered proportions... :D

I love the idea of Bodie and Doyle getting sweet and sticky together... and then all the licking that would be needed. Oh my!
