I hoped to color the page by hand, but unexpected family responsibilities and a spell of illness kind of ate last week, so I am posting these digital efforts that I made while working on the page.





I did these using various tools and effects. I wouldn't be able to name them all now for any money.

Olly!!! Hoooolaaaaaa!!! Yo estoy terminando de "pintar" mi versión!!!! Y ahora me di cuenta que usé los mismos colores para el gorro de Bodie, como tú!!! Aquí en Argentina ahora son las 00:34 de la noche, y espero terminar el dibujo para postearlo!!! (igual te mando una pequeña preview de unas horas antes. Es que terminamos de cenar hace un par de horas y después tuve que lavar los platos, duhhhh...) El dibujo está más adelantado para este momento. Abrazos!!! PD: Ya sé que no te gustan los gatos, pero igual te presento a Bilbo (derecha) y La Enana (izquierda). Estuvieron tooooooda la tarde así pegadas a mi T.V. mientras yo intentaba adelantar el trabajo. Abrazo!!!

¡Hola, The Yoko! Estará 16 de septiembre en Ladsland hasta mañana a las 9 de la noche. Así tienes mucho tiempo para terminar el dibujo.

Los colores que usé para el gorro de Bodie (una palabra nueva para mí) son los que el gorro tiene en el foto que usé para hacer la pagina. (Uf, frase largo.) Excepto en el foto los...bobbles son verdes en lugar de blancos. Tal vez son los colores naturales para los gorros de duende. (Había que buscar esa palabra.)

Tus gatos son lindos. Los gatos en fotos no me molestan.

My favourite of yours is the one that looks like it's been coloured by hand with pencils!!! Sketch-style drawings, watercolour paintings and coloured pencil drawings are my favourite styles of art!!! (Can I keep your drawing for myself?)

Perdón! I deleted this same comment because I didn't realise I could reply to you in your own reply... I'm not used to forums anymore, I don't really understand how to navigate LJ yet. On Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) I'm like a fish in water!

(Now that I'm reviewing it, I don't know where to post the drawing!!! Do I do it here, in this comment thread, or is there a central place?)

Thanks for sharing yours. I like the way you colored only some of the fields their own colors and used a single color for the rest.

I love this . . . I will post mine later this week as I am in transit and can't color well in the best of situations, so it would be dreadful now. This has been fun.

This was fun, thank you! I've posted my colouring, which is nowhere near as fancy as yours. *g* I love the colours you've used for the lads' suits in the top one especially — but then when I looked at the bottom one I realised that their suits in this one look like velvet feels. *vbg*

I apologise for posting under your main post. I was travelling and had to post my pic from the Rhine River when I could so I missed the "make your own post" part. I got too anxious that I'd miss the day! I'll redo it on one of the open days. :)

Don’t worry about it. It wasn’t vital. I added a link to your comment to the wrap up post, so it shouldn’t be too hard for people to find it. A post on a free day sounds good, too, though. I am hoping to post a hand colored version then.
