Drabble Challenge - "Conclusion"
Apr. 13th, 2008 06:37 pmSheesh, never thought you peeps could be such a pest. As I want some peace and quiet again I did finish the drabble series I so innocently started last night. Stop sniggering! All of you! So here is the last part and I mean last part. After that there's not much left to say really. The splatter part is your own fault - you asked for a conclusion so go live with it!

Disclaimer: Alas, I don't own the lads, I just play with them now and then. And they never complained so far *G*
Notes: Written for the April Drabble Challenge - Final to "Lost", "Alive", "Hunting" and "Close"
Conclusion
He heard the roar of the gun and jerked. Something wet splattered his face and he blinked. Bright daylight was streaming through an open door farther down the hall. Framed by the doorway was a familiar figure with a face like a thundercloud. He looked down. The body wasn’t far from his feet and half its head was missing. Approaching footsteps and then strong hands grasped his face. Doyle relaxed and slumped heavily against his partner.
“What kept you?” he mumbled against the broad chest.
“You forgot to spread bread crumbs,” came the dry reply as Bodie held him close.
------
You know what the best part about all this is? I had the complete series finished since last night, just waiting to be fed to you in bits and pieces *WG*
Um... I think I have some important things left to do. Far away from LJ and my laptop... Cheerio! *turns and runs*
